When we couldn't find shawarma that felt like home, we built our own, from scratch.
Shawarmania was born out of a craving for real food made with care. No seed oils. No shortcuts. Just house-made spices, sauces, and hand-cut fries fried in beef tallow. Romanian roots, Arizona hustle.
